We can transform walls and surfaces of all sizes. Our wallpapers are made to measure, so are produced to your specific measurements.
How do I measure my wall?
To ensure you get accurate measurements for your customised wallpaper, it's important to measure your wall at different points, both horizontally and vertically. This will help you to obtain the widest and tallest measurement of your wall, which should be used when placing your order.
How will I know you have received my order?
When your wallpaper order is placed you will receive a notification e-mail with your order details and unique order reference. Our team will later be in touch to confirm a proposed delivery date for your bespoke print.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over £150 will be shipped free of charge. For orders less than £150, a £15 shipping fee will be charged. Shipping costs are for UK mainland only. For international orders please get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with a delivery quote.
When will my order be delivered?
Your wallpaper order will be delivered in secure packaging, via our nominated courier within 10 working days of purchase.
My order has been damaged in transit. What do I do?
We take every care to ensure that your wallpaper order arrives with you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours so that we can rectify the problem.
What is your returns policy?
As all of our products are bespoke and made to order we do not offer returns. Should there be an issue with the quality of your wall covering, please contact us within 24 hours and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order from our website without creating an account.
I’ve forgotten my account password, what should I do?
When you go to login to your account, you can click on the Forgot Password link where you will be able to reset your password.
I measured my wall incorrectly and now my wallpaper does not fit. Am I entitled to a refund?
Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund. As all of our products are bespoke and are printed in accordance with the measurements provided it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the measurements are correct.
How do I install my new wallpaper?
If you are unsure how to install your new wallpaper then please watch our Application Guide video which will provide you with step-by-step instructions, on how best to install it. Installing our customised wallpapers is very similar to hanging traditional wallpaper. If this is something you are unfamiliar with we advise you contact a local decorator to assist you.
What happens if I damage the wallpaper during installation?
Any damage sustained during installation is the sole responsibility of the customer. As the covering is fitted in panels, we can assist you should you need a specific panel replaced. Please note that this may incur an additional cost.
